Every night, Deal Radar searches your selected markets for properties showing signs of distress or a possible need to sell. By morning, you receive a ranked list showing who to contact and why. You can use those opportunities in your current CRM, but Deal Radar does not turn that CRM into Apex Vivus.

Choose your territory and volume

One territory is one county or up to 10 ZIP codes, with up to 100 new Hunt opportunities per day, shared across that territory’s Hunts. Set a lower daily number if that is what your operation can work. Additional territories are $197/month. Delivery depends on available matches, not a guaranteed lead volume.

Deal Radar watches your market

Every hunt and every tracked property is monitored daily. There is no charge per property or per sweep.

Pay only for contact information

250 owner contact lookups are included each month and do not roll over. After that a lookup is about 10¢. If no contact information is found, there is no charge.

Questions before you join.

Does monitoring more properties cost more?
No. Monitoring is included in your subscription — there is no per-property fee. Deal Radar re-checks the properties you track on a rotation, oldest first.
What is a territory, and how many opportunities does it deliver?
One territory is one county or up to 10 ZIP codes. It can deliver up to 100 new Hunt opportunities per day, shared across every Hunt in that territory — three Hunts in one territory deliver up to 100 between them, not 100 each. You can set a lower daily target. That number is a ceiling, not a forecast: a quiet market will produce fewer. An additional territory is $197/month and brings its own 100.
Is searching limited?
Search and filter as often as you like. You can view up to 250 property search results per day across your account, and everything you have viewed is yours to keep and export.
Do unused leads roll over?
No. A lead is tied to what is happening now. The property stays monitored instead. If its situation changes later, it can return to your list with the new reason attached.
What if no contact information is found?
A no-match lookup is not charged; any reserved charge is reversed that night. You do not need to contact support.
What if a phone number is wrong?
Report it on the lead and the lookup charge is credited back.
Do I need Apex Vivus?
No. Deal Radar can run beside your current CRM. The $1,497 combined plan adds Apex Vivus Deal Intelligence so the same system can help you analyze and work the deal after the lead arrives.
Does Deal Radar contact owners automatically?
No. Deal Radar does not automatically text the owners it finds. Your first contact is your own call or mail.
Does Deal Radar guarantee deals?
No. Deal Radar identifies properties where something has changed and tells you why. Public records can lag, and the owner still decides whether to sell.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan has no contract and can be cancelled effective at the end of your paid month. Annual plans are paid up front, which is what provides the two free months.
